ATLANTA ROAD ALLIANCE CHURCH

Atlanta Road Alliance Church (ARAC) is another one of the original signing churches that brought about the establishment of Love INC of Mid-Delmarva. Many in the congregation have met the needs of our ministry in various ways.

Volunteers from ARAC serve in administrative assistant and intake worker roles at the Clearinghouse. Some provide food for our to-go bags, stay overnight at our Code Purple shelters for persons experiencing homelessness, and assist at the Community Resource & Occupational Service Station (CROSS) and Banning Distribution Center. Others assist with our drive-through truckload food distributions.

For many years, ARAC has been a collection point for household cleaning and personal hygiene items for our “dignity bags”, as well as Code Purple supplies.  

The church has studied “Redemptive Compassion” and has hosted transformational classes (budgeting and parenting). Some of its members have been trained in “Affirming Potential” and “Faith & Finances” and have helped to facilitate these courses. We appreciate the ongoing commitment of time, talent, and funds from this faithful congregation.
